Anne Curtis Smith has received many awards throughout her career. These include two FAMAS Awards she won in 2008 and 2009 and the Luna Award. In addition to that, Anne Curtis Smith was also nominated for five PMPC Star Awards. Her nominations included two Gawad Urian Award. Curtis starred over a number of television shows including Hiram as well as Kampanerang, (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011 Green Rose 2011 Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) She played Dyesebel, the Komiks character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. Also, she has been the host on the popular noontime variety show It's Showtime (2009-2020). Anne Curtis (born 17 February 1985) is an Filipina Australian model actress television host and record artist. Over the course of her career, she has won numerous awards like the two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards as well as five PMPC Star Awards. In addition, she was recognized for nominations to two Gawad Urian Awards as well as Eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis starred on several TV shows, such as Hiram 2004-2005 Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa The year 2008 Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw 2013. In the 2014 film Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she appeared as Dyesebel - one of Komiks legendary character. The actress was also host of It's showtime, an afternoon variety show (2009-2020). Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina born in Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian attorney. She was born at Yarrawonga in Victoria, Australia. In 1982, her father married Ojales. The older brother Jasmine is also an actress. Their father was an older half-sister called Clare died in 2007 at the age of 4 months of cardiovascular disease.
